Healthy City Solutions Lab x Emily Carr IxD

In Fall 2018, I co-taught a Service Design core studio with Katherine Benjamin to third year undergrad interaction design students.

For our second project, I had an idea to team up our students with City of Vancouver’s Solutions Lab to support any prototyping underway. Solutions Lab manager Lindsay Cole was open to the idea and the timing lined up with the Healthy City Collaborative Leadership Lab.

We had 6 student teams each working with one of the Lab teams / themes – trust, flexibility, governance, accountability, people, story of the lab.
